I haven''t yet pulled my water pump and opti off the car yet. I wanted to make sure i got the right parts first. I''m positive the water pump is right and pretty sure the opti and cap and rotor are right but I can''t for the life of me figure out how to assemble it. Is there supposed to be a spacer between the dist and the cap? They don''t seem to go together and looking at joes picture of his it looks like there is a gap that he filled up with rtv?

What kind of opti did you buy? I have an MSD I can post some pictures of late tonight or tomorrow night.

I put RTV on mine too, and didn''t take it apart. I couldn''t even really tell where the seam was, so I just put a pretty heavy bead all the way around it.

Can you post pics of what you got there?

Lee, can you post a link to the CF "MERGED" thread for the pics there, maybe he can point out a pic there. I can''t log on there for a link, since gettin'' banned...
