I recently removed one power window motor, it was a pain, I had someone hold up on the window, and I un bolted the main bolts on the outside portion of the door, then I moved the motor over to the access panel. then unbolted the bolts behind the motor. My question is..........Is there any easier way to do this, I have big hands and it gave me a hard time. and how can I easily install the new motors.

Sorry to say, welcome to the world of Corvettes. When you have to deal with fiberglass doors, everthing is engineered different. My 86 is a pain in the b--- too.
