Thanks for the info. I like the smaller diameter of the 60 series tires and would like to try to fit the 235/60x15 on my '70 Vette. I wonder if there is anyone who has tried this size and run into a problem with the 235/60x15 rubbing the frame or wheel well? (I saw one posting where a 255/60x15 fit on a '71 that is even wider but also a little taller so maybe any of these sizes will fit.)

I have a friend with a 72 with a blown 454. He has 255/60 SR 15 BFG's on the front and they fit nicely. No rubbing. I am putting those tires on my stock 15 x 8 rallyes all the way around.
