cloth seats

I recently purchased a 1990 Corvette with cloth seats. Just wondering if this was an option or have they been changed?

I've never seen a Corvette with cloth seats. Until now I always thought that leather was the only way them came. I'm pretty sure they where switched, but I could be wrong.

Look closely, are the perhaps a good set of seat covers? I too know of no option that put fabric (cloth) seats in a vette.
