Brake Problem on 1960
 

Need some Tech Help on a 1960 which has hard brake pull to the left (and getting worse) even after replacing the wheel cylinder on right! Left side rear shoe is a bit scuffed up. Shoes are new! Left wheel cylinder seems to extend out both sides normally. Car is new to me so I don't know if the brakes were done right. My next thought is the center stud between the shoes is off center.
Any help or suggestions appreciated!
