1973 Corvette Door Panel and Dash Removal
Hello,
I just got a 1973 Corvette and the previous owner told me that the drivers door doesn't lock because the locking bar is disconnected. I am trying to fix this as soon as possible and tried it already but I couldn't get the window crank handle to come off. I was able to get everything off but the window hand crank. Also the RPM gauge isn't connected and I want to fix that as well. Is there a certain process to remove the dash? I removed most of the screws but everything seems to be connected. All answers will be very much appreciated.
Thanks.

Welcome to the forum.
Have you removed the "horseshoe clip" on the back side of the window crank? If so and it's still stuck, all I can offer is to use some Kroil, Liquid Wrench etc to try to loosen. Also tap on it as you are pulling.
IIRC, to get the dash off, you must remove the T-bar trim, then the W/S header, then the A-pillar trim, and then the dash. Be careful as I think you still need to slightly flex the dash to get it out and as old as it is, it won't absorb much, if any, flexing.
