Doors sticking

A friends '75 has doors that only open from the inside. The outside handle has resistence and pushes down but won't release the door. I searched old threads but didn't find any solutions. Anyone have some advice?

Probably have to take door panels off to determine what's going on. Might just be some linkage issues.

I agree, take the panels off and see what's going on inside.
