Need seats for 69

O am looking for a set of Black, 69 seats and thebasket weave or the other weave is o.k. Prefer used if in good shape or I can re-foam and re-cover them. Have contacted 3 used parts dealers and none have them. Does anyone have suggestions on where to fine some. I also have a set of 68 seats to trade or sell. Black with new foam and seat covers. j

alive69, you may have a little trouble finding those seats. Unfortunately, they only made those for the one year. Have you looked in the catlogues? The frames, foam, and covers are in there, but they're not cheap. If I knew of a place to find them I'd tell you, but I don't. Just keep looking. About ten years ago I found a pair at the Corvette swap meet that were in excellent condition, but that was just luck. You never know what you're going to find at those places.

Try these two places. Tracy Performance, (Dennis Tracy) Roseville, MI, 800 828-7229 or Gruhala Enterprises, (Gary Gruhala)(worked at the St. Louis assembly plant) St. Louis, MO, 636 586-3909. One of these places should have original 69 seats. Be assured that they will cost you because of their limited production run. I had to have the cowl grill for my 69. It cost me $200.00 used.
