Racing Head Service Memphis Tenn?

Anyone on the board know anything about this company? Are they still in business? What was their history?I did a search for them and came up with a number but no one ever answers. Just was trying to see if I could find out anyinformation on an engine. Here is a picture of the old valve covers. Thanks!

From what I've read recently their still in business and are one of the best engine shops and apparently they're corvette guys also.
