1986 with 10k miles

I am looking at a 86 blue on blue, auto, full options. It was driven about 4k miles from 86 to 89, then in storage until 2014, taken out, fresh fluids/filters/hoses/tires/etc then driven to 11k today. :confused:What sort of items would you want to check out before considering buying it at $10k? It starts right up, idles fine, revs easy and solid, drives great, steering good, brakes, etc. Everything is like it was only 2 years old with same miles. At what price would you say it a great buy? I am fairly sure I can get it for $8k. What do you think? Also one owner, Texas car until 2014 now in Fl. Your input, good:) or bad:( is greatly appreciated!!!!

I have an 86 convertible though it has more miles. With something stored that long, the first concern I'd have is with the fluids and seals. Make sure they don't leak and the fluids are in good condition. With that amount of down time, I'd look for rodent damage in the car including smelling. They can get into a lot of spots and do a lot of damage in little time. Next would be insuring that all the gauges and electronics works as they should. Next would be hoses and belts, they can age out even if the car was never driven.
Then just check everything out insuring it works and the car drives well.

That's my thoughts for the moment.
