1990 Computer 4.0 error
 

I am working on tuning my 1990 C4 manual, I bought the APU1 and G1 adapter from Moates. I have pulled the stock bin from the car and i burned it to a new chip only changes I made was tuning out the EGR. After installing the G1 adapter and new chip i am getting SYS on the digital dash and when i bridge the bins i am getting C41 codes under 1.0 and 4.0 I am getting ERR. I do not get this error with the stock chip in normal position.The MEM cal is installed in the G1. I took the Super_8dm2.ecu and 8D_90-91_Corvette.adx from the tuner pro website. The only difference i can tell is I have a reman computer with part number 16198216.

Any idea on what steps I may be missing to get this error?

You're way over my head as I've never heard of any of the pieces of electronics that you mentioned. I'd tried going back to the seller and see if they have any insight.
