94 seat removal? Air bags?

I am removing my seats. Should I be concerned about the air bags going off?:DDo i need to disconnect my battery as a precaution?

Thanks. I learned that some of the airbags are in the seat bolsters so there is prbably a connection that may be dangerous to remove without disconnecting the fuse or power first. I have a 94, no airbag in seat. It may just be good practice to remove the fuse anyway?

No need in a c4. There are no airbags in the seats. They may have started those with the c5, but that's a different forum....

Whatever you do, read the manuals first. They are a must. The disengaging would be explained in it in details. So do that for sure.

1+
Mine doesn't have them but I've read some references that airbags in some cars are like a capacitor, they can still go off for a period of time after the battery is disconnected. Better safe than sorry.
