Air conditioning control relay

I have a 90 Corvette What do I have to do to get to the AC control relay that is under the dash next to the steering column what has to be removed or does anything have to be removed

Welcome to the forum. The best thing you can do is order a copy of the assembly manual (AIM) from one of the aftermarket Corvette suppliers.
