Can't get this thing to run!

I transplanted a tpi system into a 84 corvette, using mostly 1988 tpi parts, (that's the year of the computer with a custom chip removing VATS). With that said, I can't get this car to start anymore after sitting for 10 months. Last time I was driving it, the car would die anytime I let off the throttle.

I replaced the MAFS because I've had a code 33 pretty much since a few months after the swap, and tried to start it. The car would turn, but wouldn't fire up. I sprayed some of that cold start stuff on the throttle body while turning it, and it fired up and idled around 400rpm very roughly, which is well below normal.

I assumed it was probably the used fuel pump, which I replaced the old one with during the swap. So, I switched it out as well, seeing as it was having so much difficulty starting. Now it still won't start. Any suggestions?

Air, fuel, fire.

Air - air filter ok?
Fuel - pressure measured? You HAVE TO know pressure - static, at least (motor off, key 'ON') Make also a note of pressure let-off time, to test injector pintle seating.
Fire - Do you know how to check static timing?

Reply on this first, we'll get it turning - promise...

I was an idiot...fuel pump fuse was broken and that was why.

I can see how that makes a difference...

(still need to know fuel pressure tho', IMO)

If you kept the cross fire pump in the tank and not the TPI, your fuel pressure will be to low. The TPI one has a redundant voltage supply to the fuel pump, 1 through the fuel pump relay and one through the oil pressure switch. If a fuse fixed the electric pump, you still have an oil pressure switch problem. It was designed to be able to run the car if the relay or fuse blew.

Can he put in an adjustable FPR for the pressure problem?

T/B runs about half the fuel pressure as TPI 12-14 lbs where the pump probably not capable of enough pressure and volume as the TPI is about 35
