All - Need the help of the experts here...

Found a 1996 LT4 Covert. Black/Black/Black - 6 speed - 46K.
Does NOT have dual power seats or Suspension package...

Interior 8.5/10
Exterior 8.5/10

New water pump, shocks, brakes, master cylinder, belts, and top.

Fair price???
