Head Light Trouble
 

Just bought a 1990 C-4, the head lights won't roll up, they start and get about half way and then stop. The drivers side can be pushed into place but the passenger side will not lock into the up position. Do I need to replace both motors? I understand there are adjustments on the top of the motor units, how do they work?
