looking for parts sources - suggestions?

Hey everyone

I have finally acquired my first corvette - (1985 2 tone blue 4+3) and I was hoping to tap into the knowledge base for suggestions on some companies that are good to deal with for some parts.

my immediate needs are headlight motor, good tune up kit (wires?), inner and outer seals for windows (door) and a roof panel (this one has a crack and I am not sure how bad it is - leak-wise - I do not really want to test it) -I will also try to get the trans fluid changed as I understand these 4+3 need regular maintenance with that and I am not sure when it was done last.

any help, suggestions . . . would be greatly appreciated

Sean

Look to the list of supporting vendors for new and used parts along with others. Check out places like Vette2Vette, MAM, Ecklers, Corvette Central, RockAuto, Amazon, Ebay just to name a few. There's a lot more than just that. Take a little time and look and I'm sure you'll find what you're looking for.

Paragon, Zip Products, Vette Brakes, Contemporary Corvettes (new and used),etc. Sometimes you can even find a part at your Chevy dealer. Bing Corvette parts and you'll probably get a lot more.
