Mufflers

Hi all, I just discovered this forum So I signed on.
I have an 87 roadster. I put Borla touring mufflers on it. Oh my gosh !
The interior noise is to much. I called Borla and they sent 2 restrictor for the inlets.
and said turn the radio up! Still way to loud. Any ideas on how to quiet the inside? Loud outside is ok.
My C3 with Borlas is perfect . No interior noise, rumble outside.
Thanks Criag

RE: Mufflers

I have Borla's on my 86 and they too are loud, almost as loud as my Flowmasters's on '69 Camaro.

RE: Mufflers

When I put Flowmasters on mine I had the same problem. When the muffler shop started checking they found the converter had been gutted. I had to use quieter mufflers.
