ok boys still need a lil more advice

ok today i re-raced that camaro and barley lost by only like a half car lenght. Today i messed with the timin putt hotter pluggs in and it runs a lot better but not good enough. I need to know somthing. about 4 months ago i put a 180 over cam in my vette and it started to act funny with only a little more power. Is the reason my vette is runnin bad is becuse i need a performance chip. i have been told this would stop the gas drinking and lose of power as well as bad idling. So what do my vette specilist think. thanx.

I don't know if that cam is too radical or not but you do need a custom chip burned and a good tune. That should help it some, how much you never really know.

yup....have it dynod and then tuned so it will be made for your mods horsepower ratings. No garbage generic chips or sucky tuners.[&:]

First, explain what a "180 over cam" is. What duration, lift, lobe seperation?
