plug gap confusion

Now i'm confused as well. Owner's manual says 0.50
under the hood says 0.50
gm service manual states 0.35"
All info from 1992 LT1
Anyone actually know the answer?

I HAVE A 92 LT1 AND GAP THEM AT .55 WITH NO PROBLEMS,HOPE THIS HELPS

When in doubt, trust the emission sticker under the hood.
