Hello,my friend! Have you ever heard of Vette magazine?Well, starting with the nov.'06 issue they're starting a build-up of a '96 LT-1 coupe, without breaking the bank,so to speak.Anyway, they put the car on the dyno and it put out 263.3 hp and 291.5lb-ft at the wheels.Which sounds right due to driveline losses and all that stuff.Hope this helps as this is about average for all stock LT-1 cars.By the way,if you ever get your hands on that issue, their car looks just like mine!Polo green,Grand Sport wheels,I thought for a split second they stole mine to do their build-up!!!LOL. Take care,my friend. Joe

I just went to the dyno and I have a 95 LT1 stock with just the K&N three filter air induction and mine put 273hp to the wheels and 308 torque. Looks like the K&N helps a little. Thats with 103000 miles,I think thats pretty good.Hope that helps.

To my friend MY95LT1.I think I might be making as much as you;I also have that intake with the 3 K&N's.But I also have a Borla cat-back(great low rumble),that little throttle body airfoil,an Accel adjustable fuel pressure regulator, well, simple little things a working man like me can afford from time to time.Oh,I also have the BAER Decelarotors on,13" front,12" rear, and I just got my heavy-duty Grand Sport calipers! You know, the ones with "CORVETTE" spelled right on them(don't know how that helps HP,but I'll stop better, that's for sure!!)! I think I may be a tad jealous,I don't have access to a dyno but it would be fun to see what I got!And by the way,I got you beat on mileage.Right now,as I write to you,I have 108667 miles on mine with not a lick of trouble.Maintenance goes a long way.LONG LIVE THE C4!!!! Your friend always,Joe.

a good rule is the c4s generally experience 15-20% drivetrain loss.
