RE: 04 Comemorative Model
It was only a special model, available only on the ZO6 (hardtop coupe). Basically it was the "standard" ZO6 with a carbon fiber hood saving about 11 lbs in weight (such a small amount of weight reduction that you would never notice it on the street) and special paint (only one color available) and stripes and badges. At the time it cost noticeably more than the standard ZO6 so it was definately the most expensive factory C5 model made. In terms of performance it will be everything the standard ZO6 was (very very good). In value, as a collector item, who can say? It may or may not be worth a lot in the future. I tend to think not and would only buy it as a good, fast, fun car -- not as an investment: there are just too many special and commemorative models any more. The market is over saturated.
