Air Intake systems, Which One?

Ok
I'm getting ready to order my intake system and need some help deciding. I'm looking at the K & N, Halltech Stinger, or the Callaway Honker. Before I fork over the money, just wanted some suggestions from the forum here.
Is the most expensive (Callaway) the best, or would the Halltech be a good deal for the money. I like the idea of the Callaway re-locating the MAF sensor, but it's close to $500.00.
Or would K & N be good enough.

Any suggestions and comments about "yours" would be very helpful in my decision.
Thanks!

Well, I have neither of the choices you are considering. I put in a Vortex Ram Air system with Granatelli Mass Air Sensor. Happy so far!

I have the Halltech Stinger with my own CAI mod and like the HP gains (approx 13 RWHP). However, if money is no object, the Callaway Honker is the way to go. It is the ultimate intake for top dollar.

I just ordered my Halltech Stinger the other day after reading a post here, a while back. I do remember Dave01 saying that it was the best bang for your buck(without spending 500 bucks), intake. That helped me make my decision;)

Appreciate the input, and that's exactly what I needed to help me make my decision. It's either the Halltech stinger, or the Callaway honker.
What's leaning me towards the Callaway is the re-location of the MAF sensor. I just wonder if the extra $$$ is worth this mod?

ALSO IS THE HALLTECH 50 STATE C.A.R.B. LEGAL?

No: however, I can easily swap in my Z06 intake a couple of weeks before smog is due. If you end up in plenty of slow speed driving or are occasionally caught up in mini traffic jams, then a CAI (Cold Air Intake) is nice to have, as you can lose 10 HP when intake temps exceed 105F or so. I made my own CAI mod for my Halltech and it does make a difference when the ride home is riddled with slow-and-go traffic.
Fortunately, even an out-of-the-box Halltech will get you a minimum of 10 RWHP (Rear Wheel Horsepower).
