C5 P0157 and P0137

I have a 2000 C5 w/70k miles
It's giving me a P0157 and a P0137h codes. I know they are O2 sensor codes on bank 2. Any advise?

*still has original plugs and wires.
Has a lag on acceleration, not a miss, but sluggish at first, then it takes off no problem. A wot will set these two codes.

Probably time to replace the plugs and wires. Erase the codes and if they come back, replace the O2 sensors.

Thanks! That was the path I was going to take...70k miles but 16-17 year old wires etc. I really appreciate the feedback 73shark!
