Cold Air Intake, DiabloSport Predator

I have just purchased my first corvette (02 convertable w/3000 miles). I am having the Corsa Touring Exhaust w/cross pipe installed next week. I think I want to add a Cold Air Intake, possibly a Vararam, and a chip, possibly a DiabloSport Predator. But I would like to know more about the product before spending money on something that may not help my performance, or something that could cause me a lot of unwanted problems.

JDAVIS......Please find you a local tuner and talk with him. You will avoid those mistakes that so many of us have made in the past. If you are not an expert tuner, stay away from these do it yourself programmers or you will be very sorry with the outcome. Chips are not an option with the LS1 as these are fully programmable computers not insertable chips. They work off real time data.
