Is this a good deal? I need to keep it all together...

I found this organizer on the net, and was wondering if anyone has used one of these? do they work well? The wood looks nice, and I have the tan interior. thakns for your help...

I had never seen that before - looks nice and is probably made in the USA, given its fairly steep price tag.
