lowering c5 z06
I lowered my car using the stock bolts, just wondering if that will affect the tire wear at all or if i need to get it aligned again.
Thanks |

Idid the same and did not have my tires aligned. They still look great after more than one year and 6000 miles.

This may sound dumb, but is there a "how-to" somewhere on lowering the C5? Having had a C4 I'm pretty sure the rear of the C5 is lowered in close to the same manner as the C4's rear, but what is the method for the front?

ORIGINAL: SCCA Racer This may sound dumb, but is there a "how-to" somewhere on lowering the C5? I'm glad you brought that up, I have been wondering about that myself. looks pretty darn easy though. |

RE: lowering c5 z06
WELL, THAT BRINGS UP A QUESTION ?. DOES LOWERING THE REAR END RAISE THE NOISE LEVEL, CAUSE MINE IS REALLY LOUD. |
RE: lowering c5 z06
I can't see how lowering your C5 could somehow increase road noise. I would suspect your tires. As tires wear, many get louder.
