OK SO ONE PROBLEM FIXED NOW A NEW ONE ( CLUTCH)HELP !!!!
 

WELL GUYS THANX FOR THE INPUT ON THE REVERSE SYNCRHO IT WAS THAT AN I WENT TO A DEALER BECAUSE THERES NOT ALOT OF VETTE SHOPS OR I JUST CANT FIND ANY.... TOTAL FOR REBUILD OF REVERSE SYNCHRO 2690 !!! OUCH>>> BUT NEW PROBLEM I THINK ITS MY CLUTCH FOR WHAT PPL ARE TELLIN ME SUMTIMES MY 3RD GEAR GETS STUCK OR DOESNT WANA GO IN SAME SOMETIMES IN 1ST BUT OTHER DAYS IT SHIFTS LIKE BUTTER !!!! AND IM HEARING A FLUTTERING THE HIGHER THE RPMS GO LIKE IF THERE WAS A PIECE OF PAPER UNDER THE DRIVERS SIDE///// GUYS HELP !!!! AN IF IT IS CLUTCH WHATS THE BEST CLUTCH FOR THE MONEY.....

jerseyc5, did they drop the tranny and torque tube when they fixed the syncros....if they had to you should have replaced the clutch then....the labor involved to change the clutch is around 1200 by itself, I've been contiplating doing my clutch also but it's not that bad

yea im guessing so.i just didnt have the cash....an its shifting well not perfect but good no problems i just hear that fluttering an hate when i kno somethings not right... some people are telling me it could be a stuck lifter or something now i have no clue...
