Sounds more like a 100hp upgrade. https://www.corvetteforums.com/image/s13.gif

You have to push it twice to get 100 HP. One push only gets you 50 extra HP.

Actually, Lee didn't tell you the best-kept secret of all. I will. If you push the traction control button twice andturn the suspension control key from Touring to Competition and back to Touring, you get another 25 horsepower. Since this functionis disabled in the Z06, it allows those who buy the regular C6'vette and who follow these instructions to the letter to actually gain a 20 hp advantage over the Z06. Now you have to understand, this extra horsepower (125 in all)only becomes available between 6750 and 7975 rpm (the combination also disables the electronic governor in orderto save the engine), so the Z06 is still going to rip the doors right out ofyour car at any speed less than 175 mph, but there it is. We own the high end. The secret's out, so sue me already, Lee.https://www.corvetteforums.com/upfil...y/lildevil.gif
