Cold Air Induction

I'm thinking about installing the Blackwing Cold Air-Induction package on my C6. Does anyone have any experience with this particular brand? How does it compare to the Hurricane Air Intake system?

It's easy to install, durable, and adds about 3-5 RWHP, not what some people expect but a realistic no-BS addition, on par with what you get from other similar intakes. I don't consider it a full CAI like the Halltech, etc, and it does not produce quite as much power addition, because it does not have ducts leading from an air intake all the way to the filter, but it works okay and is much easier to install.

Thanks for the helpful information. Would it be wise to install a true CAI system prior to the installation of, lets say, headers, high flow cats and a cat-back exhaust?

...Just jumpin in here
But you bet, they all kind of go hand in hand with each other, and the more air you get in, the more you will get out (Hp that is) :D

I'm not sure how I know, but I understand some Vararam owners are very pleased with that product.
