Exhausting choices for my C6

[:@]With so many options out there for aftermarket exhaust, I am befuddled. I think that I want to go long tube headers with BB Bullets, but I am worried that I won't be able to carry on a coversation with my wife as it will be too loud. I love the crackling and popping after you get off the gas pedal, but I don't want it too overwhelm the car. Is there anyone out there that lives close to Carpentersville that has aftermarket exhaust that would be willing to let me take a listen. Any guys out there that went all out and then regretted their purchase as it was too loud? Take a listen to this link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y96Ld...ted&search= And that sound is without the headers. Any help or input would be appreciated. Thanks
Scott

I have Borla Stingers on my car and I absolutely love them, though they can get loud at times. You may want to consider Corsa.

I understand Flowmaster has a set of mufflers for
the C6 cars. (part# 17427) Has any one out there
tried these. The Flowmaster people claim they are
fairly quiet, with a big gain in HP.

I put glass packs on my C6; much cheaper than an aftermarket exhaust and sounds mean as well. It only cost me $450 to have that along with custom painted red calipers done on my car (including labor). It sounds great and you can still carry on a conversation inside the car.
