New guy with 2010 GS

Hi folks! I just joined today. This is my first Corvette, a 2010 Grand Sport Convertible with 13,000 miles in Velocity Yellow and I love it! I have a question: The owners Manual says that the battery for the GS (Z16) should be in the trunk, but it's actually under the hood.....what gives with that :confused:

Not sure about battery placement. Maybe the PO moved it?

You have good taste. That's the color and model I'd get if I was in the market.

the battery is in the trunk on 6 speed manuel with dry sump
