Recommendation on what is the best tires to buy
 

Hi, I am looking for recommendations on what tires to by and from who for my 2008 Corvette. Any advice is appreciated.

Tire Rack is a good place to start online.

I am partial to Michelins as I prefer the run flats, but Nittos are quite popular here in AZ and Continental Tire would be a good choice too. You can save some money if you purchase off Ebay. I saved about $800 by purchasing on Ebay and then taking them to Discount Tire for mounting and balancing.

Does Nitto make a run flat? What do ppl do who dont run RF's?

To my knowledge, Nitto does not make a runflat and those that don't use runflats, usually carry a tire patch kit and an inflator.

I bought Michelin run flats for my 07. They're pretty good, I don't think they're a huge improvement over the Goodyear's that came on the car. I really don't notice any difference at all.
