Did You Own a C6 Before Your C7 ?
 

I am curious how you compare your C7 with your C6? How do you think the ride compares? I have a '13 base model and am wondering if the ride is different on the base model C7? :confused:

I had a 2011 GS 3LT Conv, 6spd. I now own a 2016 Z51 coupe, 7 spd. I really loved the c6, but the C7 is really a much better car in my opinion. I have about 6k miles on the C7 and have instructed at VIR & CMP. Both were my daily drivers. From a drivers perspective, I prefer the C7. fit & finish is much better, but on the track the car is awesome. I can adjust ride, handling and performance with the twist of knob. I can even do it from one corner to the next, although

I had a 05 convertible, auto. I loved it, but I just got a new 2017 convertible z51, with m7, 2lt. Feb 9. which was yesterday. It is heads above the 05 in everyway. It is so unbelievable how it drives, handles sits, etc, etc. over my 05. The interior is so much nicer, the ride and the magnetic ride selector works with the ride and make is so great. I would not have ever thought a car would be this way.

I had a "13" Grand Sport and liked it alot. I bought a New "18" that was built after the Assembly Change. This is a much better car. Doesn't have gaps like the "13" had. It drives much better, and the seats are much more comfortable. The only thing I noticed is there is more road noise. I think that is because of the Tires. I installed a Deadening mat in the back and put in a new carpet over that. That helped a bunch.
