'79 L82 Original Low Miles
 

1979 Corvette L-82 with 83,000 original miles. Great condition for its age. White with red leather interior. Like new tires, new valve cover gaskets, thermostat, hoses, belts, distributor, chrome pipe extensions, freeze plugs, power steering rod/bushings. Runs great. Might need a new carb or a rebuild. Does not smoke or leak much oil. Small exhaust leak ( or at least what sounds to be an exhaust leak). It does leak power steering fluid occasionally. Transmission does NOT leak. A/C not hooked up. Headlights do NOT lift on their own. Power windows work great. T-tops, custom pinstriping, always garage kept, no underbody rust, paint in good condition for age. There are typical rock chips/scratches of a 32 year old car. The nose has minor damage (my husband got to close to a concrete wall) and needs to be repainted. I have had this car for 3 years and I am the 3rd owner. I bought it in Indianapolis and drove it 4 hours to Evansville. I LOVE this car and had dreams of bringing it back to mint condition, but working full time and medical bills don't leave much time or money left.
It is in good condition for an original car, but does need work to be perfect.
I am selling it for $7500, which is much less than the appraised value.
