2000 corvette child tether restraint?
 

Recently purchased a 2000 C5 convertible. The dealer sold me a tether hook that bolts into the car for the passenger side seat but can't tell me where it goes. Anyone have any insight into this? I found some information that said if it's a coupe it goes in the back storage area but not in the same position for a convertible. Any help? Thanks Rich

I didn't even know that you could add a tether hook to the Vettes. Have you peaked in the owners manual yet?

The child restraint was for a 1999 but it didn't come with instructions. The owners manual talks about the tether but doesn't say where it is. I looked at a friends 2004 ZO6 and it's in the back compartment. I think that if someone had a newer model like 2002-2004 convertible it would have it already from the factory the only question is where? Thanks Rich
