2000 VETTE WON'T START

It feels like a clogged fuel filter just based on the way it was starting all week. It would not start up right away, as if fuel was not getting through. Can anyone tell me where I can check the fuel filter on a 2000?

Under passenger floorboard, but I would also check your fuel pressure, might have apump out.
