Welcome to CFs. :)

Check all of your fuses.
Are you sure you wired itcorrectly?

RE: HELP!!

Randy: Check pin G on the ALCL,you can put +12V to that pin and the pump should run. The pump will only run for a few seconds after you turn the key on unless the ECM receives signals from the distributor telling it the engine is turning over. The fuel pump relay has to be installed for pin G to run the pump. On the relay Pin D hooks to G on the ALCL,E is Batt,C is relay drive from the ECM,B is ground and A is to the pump thru a 10 amp fuse On the relay,D is the NC contact,E is the NO,A is the common C and B are the coil with B being ground. If the pump doesn't run with pin G at +12V,either the fuse is blown or the pump is bad.(assuming all the wiring is intact) There is also a fusible link in the system right at the starter solenoid. Try some of this and if you're still not running, get back to us!
Ron
BTW If you don't have the official Chevy Shop manual w/electrical troubleshooting supplement, you really should get one!
