Interior lights flickering

Have a 96 and interior lights will flicker while driving. Sometimes will do it while car is not even running so much so that it has drained the battery. any clue???

My 93 does the same thing. Its a faint flicker even while sitting idling. Its noticible on the instrument cluster especially where the #6 is on the tach. If you find a reason let me know also !

RE: Interior lights flickering

May not be of any help, but I had a heck of a problem with the interior lights coming on in my 87 Vette and draining the battery at night. Turns out the door pins were worn and the door would sag just a bit in the cool nightweather, activating the interior light switch in the door jam.
I was driving home from work one night and pushed my left leg against the door trying to get change out of my pocket for the toll and the interior lights came on. I did it over and over and that told me there was a problem with the door and jam switch.
My mechanic put new pins in the door, installed a new door jam switch and I haven't had a problem since. Just a shot in the dark.
