Vats system activated
 

I recently acquired a 1995 coupe. Drives very well,... low milage. The vats system started acting up randomly from time to time. Now it is completely activated. I've purchased the bypass with no luck. I've purchased resistors to duplicate the resistance of the key. Still nothing. Does anyone have a "next step" to go to ?
