About to buy, new to vettes got ???????s

Hello everybody I am finally happy to be apart of the vette world or at least almost..........As you can tell by my sig I just back for Iraq for a year and am ready to buy the car of my dreams.........just not sure which one..................my questions are.........

I am definetly going to be putting a S/C on this thing shortly after I get it but I am trying to find out that between a C-5, a 1st gen Z06, or a 2005 C6 which of the three are more acceptable to boost? I know that the Z06 and the C6 have more stock hp but I have heard that the Z06 is not very acceptble to boost...........is this true?

Also out of the two S/C kits that I have found which are the vortech, magnusun, and I just noticed that Callaway is selling a kit as well which of the three are the best to go with with output and reliability. Any and all input would be great thanks........................

I have a regular 2002 C5 with a Vortech on it. I love the kit and the whine from the supercharger is amazing at idle and it seems that everytime I race someone they say something good to say about it. I think that it is BS that the c5 z06s don't take boost well, they should take it just as good if not better than my ls1.

Over 500 hp, what else have you done to it besides the Vortech?
