Thrilled with my purchase
 

Glad to join the forum, just purchased this used 2014 Z51 2LT with 31K miles, appears to be in great shape and well equipped... checked the build codes and verified the options and it looks like it was built with the right options (IMO).

Bought it from a dealer in the Dallas area, unfortunately it only came with one key and no owner's manuals (but have found e versions on-line). Looks like it also was built with a luggage shade cover and battery saver, but those items (and the owner's manual and other key) must be setting in the previous owner's garage!

Did quite a bit of research over the last month searching for a good one in the color combo that I liked best. So far I'm very pleased with my choice... no surprises yet anyway. It has only been 2 days since I drove down to pick it up, but the drive back to Wichita was good. I've had a chance to spend a day detailing her and getting to know her a little more intimately... she's clean, strong and sexy!

The dealer installed a new battery, serviced it (oil & filter) and aligned it, tires look like they are very new too, guessing less than a few thousand miles (Michelin Pilot Sports AS3+)!

These things are such an improvement from my previous Vette experience, owned a C5 (2000) back in 2004-2006), fun car but in comparison this is a beast (sexy) in a mini skirt and stilletos. The performance is quite impressive and really gets your attention on your virgin drive, much more so then my old C5, and even more so them my 5th Gen (2010) Camaro SS I ordered back when they were reintroduced.

Looking forward to meeting some of you and learning from the wealth of knowledge that this forum has to share, proud to be back in the club!
