Anyone recognize this vette?
 

My dad was looking to buy a vette, came across this one on autotrader. After I reviewed the emails, it looked like a scam to me (escrow, overseas bank, owner not in country, car not where advertised, will ship the car after a deposit, bad English/grammar). They refused to supply the VIN number, which was a huge red flag to me. These are some of the pics they supplied. I figured someone here might recognize these pics. I've also posted this at ls2 for more feedback, but I'm sending it out all the sites I visit in hopes of finding who really took the pics or at least warning other people.

I've already told my dad to pass on the car and to not have any further contact with the potential scammers. So that is taken care of.

dont recognize the car but do recognize the scam. its amazing people actually fall for it, but they do say that there a sucker born every minute. good call on passing on it.
