Gm parts house
 

I recently made a purchase at GM parts house, and dealt with Patrick. I purchased just under 1000 dollars in parts and shortly after i had made my purchase, i requested a tracking number on the 14Th , and made my purchase on the 10Th. I was informed by Patrick that he had not yet shipped, and would provide me with the tracking number as soon as it was been shipped. I contacted him on the 16Th to inquire on a price for an oil pump, he quoted me at 330 dollars. I declined and decided to buy an after market oil pump chain kit. I informed Patrick of this and he never responded via email. On the16 Th and17 Th I emailed Patrick and on 18Th i called him and left a message. Then on the 19Th he emailed me claiming that the parts were sent out on the 17Th and could not change the order, but under further investigation i found that USPS was notified to ship a parcel on the 18Th. I only wanted to change a portion of my order. I feel that the order could have been changed to assist me as the costumer
