Believe it or not, someone :eek:,on the forums, just gave me an '80 fastback Vette!!![sm=yikesomg.gif]

It is complete and unassembled. This will be a great project! :)
It is brand new and still in the box, "0" miles. :D

LOL! Where did you get it? I have a chance to get a camaro rolling chassis for $300, but I can't afford to fix my 5.0 Mustang let alone another car. [:@] I can't wait til that project is done. Plus, there's no more room in the driveway with my boyfriends 79 Nova, 72 Buick, and his sister's 92 Z28!!! :(:)

The one I was given is made by Testors.
If you have a local hobby shop, they may be able to order one for you. :)
You might try Revell or Testors web sites. ;)

Starship, I can always count on your coments to give me a good belly laugh, some one gave you a 80 vette in pieces! Well since it's too cold to work on our real cars you might as well build a model.
Sorry kobegotskill I've never found a 74 T-Top model, Revell has an 80 and a Greenwood chrome bumper convert but I've never seen a 74 T-Top.
I've never seen such nice wheels on any other Vette, there terrific. What size tires do you have and where did you get the rims?
On my car I have "Western Wheels" they look like the ones on Starships model, once the weather warms up I'mgoing to paint my calipers red and since I have a red center cap and red pin stripe on the rims I think that should look nice in contrast to my white car.
