Been noticing TopSpeed has not been on board since 9/22. Or have I missed a posting. Just wondering.

Well, you might say so. He's had some major probs with a big account, and has been bustin' his a$$ to get it resolved. He asked me to tell everyone "Hey", and that he'll be back soon.

Wow guys, things got much worse....

We have a new multi-million dollar facility being put together, and talk about problems... we are integrating a new hardware bit into the equation, and found tons of problems in the field that were never discovered here on the test bench. Typical. Anyways, due to the big shots and high rollers comin in to review, the entire company has been rollin' 'round the clock getting stuff handled.

On Saturday, we had a dinner party planned. Mrs. TopSpeed starts cleanin' and cookin', all exicted like about the doo comin' up.... I get a call from one of the owners; EMERGENCY! Anyways, I have to drop everything and come in (on top of the already ridiculous hours I was pullin' here) to deal with it, till late. Had to cancel the party. I've got one annoyed Mrs. TopSpeed on my hands, but we managed to jerry rig crap into working again finally. Anyways, it ain't been a fun week for your ol' TopSpeed here, I tell y'all what.

But from fire, comes birth. I have FINALLY completed the #(*$#&*$# tax report I have to do each year. Took almost 5 months this time 'round. Couplin' that with the fiasco's at site, and the resolutions... I am now clear for a bit. Thank God. Even though I am at work today here, things are well under control, and in some ways in comparison to things of late, it almost feels like a vacation.

So, the short story? I'm back again to terrorize you all. :)
