02 Z06 vs 04 Srt10 Viper
 

I was driving down highway 90 in MS, when i was caught at a light next to a Srt 10 the guy told me he wanted to go outside of the city limits where there were no cops and plenty of road. My friend in his 01 Z06 was following us as a chase car. My Z06 has intake and a borla exhaust... nothing special besides the corvette part. Oh, and BFG G-force Radials. Well on the third honk we both laid into it... i ofcourse did not spin and pulled a car on him. By the top of my 3rd gear(around 90-100) i had 2 and a half cars on him. Then when i shifted into 4th he started to slowly walk back. He finally came past me at 130 give or take 5mph. I was very impressed with my little Z06 and was excited that i finally got to beat a over rated viper... through the quarter. Wether it be driver error or that Roxy, my corvette wanted it more. I named it Roxy because the name says to me... i am cute, but i am kinda a bada$$. Well that is my story and i want to know if anyone else with a relatively stock C5 Z has beat a Srt 10 Viper.
