Is there anywhere you can get a set of chrome rims, without breaking the bank. I've checked all the local junk yards, but rims that will fit a vette are kind of hard to find.

junk yard for rims that are not beat up !!!?!?! lmfao why would you ever go there. For rims you are looking at 1000 - 2000.

Have you thought of reconditiong the ones you have? Mine are out being reconditined now. I have 90 wheels which I i didn't want chromed. I sent them to a place and they will clean polish and clear coat them again back to orginal. It's like $155 a wheel not including the remounting and balancing of the tire. I'll let you know how they come out.

Dude, I can buy some new Z06 wheels with tires for that much. I agree with the other post, ebay seems to be the way to go. Z06, Z51, C5, late model sawblades....they are all there.

Otherwise you can also try to find someone that is selling their old rims. that is not uncommon.
