let me just start out by saying i am now a vet owner, and never been more impressed. I traded my 05 crew cab pickup for a 99 black coupe 6- speed. i live in good ol south dakota and traded a 4x4 pickup for a vet in december. My friends think im crazy, but i figured if im going to buy a vet, nows the time. (28 and not married yet)

Dude, I just turned 41, and have 3 kids from 10 months to 7 years. Nothing makes a trip to WallyWorld for diapers more fun than a Corvette. There is never a wrong time to own one. And yes, I live in the hills of West by god Virginia... Only a dozen or so snowy days a year that I can't drive it if I reeeeeally want to.

Hi Holeshot and welcome to the forum. I'm a new vet owner myself by 2 weeks. Where are you in SD. I have ridden my bike out to Sturgis 3 times from the east coast of NC. 2025 miles from my front door to Whitewood, just past Sturgis. It sure is pretty out there. Wide open spaces. Harleyboy

I guess we're all a little crazy when it comes to vette's! I sold a '98 Dodge 4x4, here in Western Oregon, and bought a '90 convertible!
