I have a 1978 Corvette engine,running when removed and with approx 80K miles. Owner just wanted a "NEW" engine, so I put a Goodwrench in it, and this is the one removed. Owner was trying to solve a hesitation, on his own without my advise, and was positive it was the engine. The new engine had the same hesitation,[:o]and guess what??? Overhauled the carb and it was solved. I have stored it for years in the engine crate from the new engine,and my dreams of a project car for it is fading away:(. I tried to sell it on Ebay and I have more value to it then the bidders, [:@]no sale. I won't give it away! If someone had a 1978 and needs a motor, this could keep the value and vintage authentic. If anyone wants it, make me a offer I can't refuse! This engine is a used long block,with original valve covers on down. Assembled and undisturbed. I don't offer shipping, I have a engine lift and will help load it, but otherwise, if purchased, buyer arranges pick up.
